1. Use of LIMEA Products

LIMEA products and digital files are intended for personal and family use.
The following restrictions apply:
- Sharing, forwarding or uploading digital files, including free printable cards and PDFs, is not permitted.
- Digital files may not be distributed through online platforms, social media groups or other sharing services.
- Products and files may not be resold, reproduced for commercial purposes or modified without written permission.
Educators, Kitas and schools
Educators are welcome to use LIMEA products with children in their own educational group.
Please keep the LIMEA name and website visible on printed materials.
For use across several groups, training sessions or other educational activities, please contact info@limea.org.
2. Free Printable Cards
When you join our newsletter, you can receive a set of free printable LIMEA cards by email.
These are provided as digital files that you can download and print at home.
The cards are a free gift:
- No purchase is required.
- No physical product is shipped.
- The files are intended for personal and family use.
Please do not redistribute or upload the digital files to other websites or platforms.
3. Digital Downloads
LIMEA may offer paid digital downloads through Kit.
Each product page provides information about the content, file format and total price before purchase.
After successful payment, the digital product is delivered through a download link or another delivery method indicated during checkout.

Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right may expire when performance begins, provided the applicable statutory requirements are met.
These include the consumer’s express consent to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires, acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, and the legally required contractual confirmation.
If these conditions are not met, the statutory withdrawal right remains applicable.

4. Physical Card Sets and Etsy Purchases
Physical LIMEA card sets are available for purchase through the LIMEA Etsy shop.
Product descriptions, prices, delivery information and availability are displayed on the relevant Etsy product pages.
Purchases completed through Etsy are subject to the applicable Etsy checkout conditions and the shop policies provided by LIMEA.
Product Reservations
Where a reservation option is offered on the LIMEA website, reservations are free and non-binding.
No payment is collected and no purchase contract is concluded when submitting a free reservation.
When the requested product becomes available, we may contact you using the email address provided.
You can then decide whether to complete a purchase.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
For contracts involving goods, the withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer, or a designated third party other than the carrier, receives the goods.
For eligible digital content contracts, the withdrawal period generally begins when the contract is concluded.
Special statutory rules apply to digital content and to contracts for which the withdrawal right is excluded or has expired.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the relevant seller of your decision through a clear statement.

Consequences of Withdrawal
Where a valid withdrawal is exercised, refunds are processed in accordance with the applicable statutory requirements.
Refunds are generally made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the seller has been informed of the withdrawal decision, subject to the legal rules applicable to the specific contract.
The original payment method is normally used unless otherwise expressly agreed.
For purchases involving physical goods, the applicable return and refund conditions are communicated through the relevant sales channel.

7. Online Withdrawal
Where applicable, consumers can submit a withdrawal declaration electronically.
The online withdrawal function must be clearly accessible and allow the consumer to identify the contract and submit the withdrawal declaration.
An electronic acknowledgement of receipt must be provided in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

8. Statutory Warranty
Statutory consumer warranty rights apply.
If a product is faulty or a digital file cannot be accessed or used as intended, please contact us.
